What’s included with a Visitor Pass?
A Visitor Pass includes 90 minutes of play and CloudSocks™. Come for the day and explore our world above the clouds.
What’s included with CloudPass?
CloudPass™ includes unlimited visits seven days a week, weekly enrichment classes, member-only hours, events and experiences, Café and birthday party savings, priority booking, and more.
Are weekly enrichment classes included with CloudPass?
Yes! CloudPass™ members can enjoy weekly enrichment classes designed around child-led discovery, with new opportunities to create, investigate, move, imagine, and explore. Visit our Classes page to learn more.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Booking ahead is recommended to make your arrival as easy as possible. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
What ages is Cloudbound designed for?
Cloudbound is designed especially for children ages 0–6, with play experiences thoughtfully created for little explorers at different ages and stages. Siblings ages 7-8 are invited to assist their younger sibling during play, while ages 9+ are welcome observe.
Are CloudSocks™ required, and can we reuse them?
Yes. All children playing at Cloudbound are required to wear CloudSocks™, which are included with admission and membership. Outside grip socks are not permitted. CloudSocks™ can be washed and reused for future visits.
