First-Time Visitor Pass:
Never been to Cloudbound? Come visit a park! 60 minutes of play for just $10 per child (ages 1–6). One-time use, walk in only – perfect way to fall in love. ☁️✨
Drop-In Pass:
Back for more, but not ready for a CloudPass membership? Grab 90 minutes whenever you want – no reservation needed, any day we’re open. Great for occasional visits or playdates.

Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for Open Jump times depending on the membership level you have selected.
A standard CloudPass™ Membership has free admission Monday – Friday. CloudPass Plus and Premium levels include Saturday and Sunday playtime for no additional cost.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Cancellations should be submitted through the Member Portal; contact your local park if you have questions or would like additional support.
Is my Membership valid at all Cloudbound™ locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally enrolled for your CloudPass™ membership.
Are grip socks required to jump?
Yes. Cloudbound parks sell required CloudSocks™ grip socks as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?
Can I reuse my CloudSocks™?
Yes! Bring back your CloudSocks™ to reuse on your next visit as long as they’re clean and in good condition.
What are your hours?
Generally, Cloudbound parks are open daily from 8am – 6pm.
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Cloudbound™ parks as observers, but children entering the playspace for the attractions must be between the ages of 0-6yrs.
Siblings: Siblings age 7-8yrs are welcome with a younger child to assist as long as they do not disrupt the playspace experience. Siblings age 9+ may observe only
Can I leave a child unattended at a Cloudbound™ park?
No. Children cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
Do you sell food and drinks?
The Cloud Café serves premium coffee & hot tea and healthy foods such as protein bistro boxes, yogurt parfaits, and fruit dippers. No outside food except baby bottles/formula is allowed.
