    Weekend parties (Sat – Sun): get a dedicated Party CloudHost. From setup to cleanup (and every “Happy Birthday” sing-along in between), your personal CloudHost handles it all so you can actually enjoy the party instead of running it.

    Weekday parties (Mon – Fri): receive a discount and are self-service with no CloudHost.

    Weekend parties (Sat – Sun): Truly all-inclusive – we literally thought of everything Pizza or waffles, organic drinks, CloudSocks, plates, cups, napkins, and custom invitations are all included. You just bring the cake and the birthday kid — we’ve got the rest.

    Weekday parties (Mon – Fri): receive a discount and allows you the flexibility to provide your own food and refreshments at no extra cost.

    Private Room

    Weekday (Mon – Fri) and Weekend (Sat – Sun) parties: Two full hours in your own private cloud palace.

    A completely private room means no strangers crashing the party and zero stress — just your crew, your music, and pure birthday magic.

    The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

    Who should I include as a Birthday child in the total count?

    Any child that will be joining the Guest of Honor and participating on the attractions in the playspace during play time. If you have Guests that will just be observing, they don’t need to be included in the total count.

    The birthday child is included in the birthday total count for the party. This ensures that they get CloudSocks™ and a wristband to participate on all of the Cloudbound™ attractions during the party.

     

    Can I add children after I book the party?

    Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional children or make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee upgrade availability. We encourage you to book for the larger package initially, and then let us know at least 3 days in advance of the party if you’d prefer to switch to the smaller package.

    Are grip socks required to play?

    Yes. Cloudbound parks sell required CloudSocks™ as both a safety and cleanliness measure—plus, you get to keep them after your visit! Because who wants to jump in used socks, anyway?

    How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Cloudbound?

    All children ages 0-6yrs are welcome to throw a celebration at Cloudbound™

    When should everyone arrive for the party?

    All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to complete the check-in process, verify all waivers have been submitted, and store any personal items.

    Arriving late will reduce the guest’s play time.

    What does the party host do?

    CloudHosts (party hosts) will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!

    Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

    All children and observers entering the building area MUST have a signed waiver on file. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

    Can I add extra play time?

    Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional playtime to enjoy Cloudbound™ activities even more! Just give your park’s Event Team a call.  Additional playtime would be added to the frontend of your party, which would make your party check-in time earlier. Party room time would still be reserved for after added playtime time is complete.

    Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

    Yes! CloudPass™ Members receive a discount of varying percentages on regular priced birthday parties depending on if they have a Standard, Plus, or Premium membership. Ask your park’s Event Team for details to apply your Member Discount.

    Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation? What if I need to cancel?

    A minimum deposit of $75 is required to complete your booking. Deposits for last minute parties (within 72 hours) are non-refundable. Deposits for all other parties are fully refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. Your deposit will be applied towards your total party on the day of the event.
