Send Out Your Invitations
Send a custom invitation to your invitees. Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests.
OPTION 1: Create a Digital Invitation and send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be shared with friends and family as an email. Here are a few free suggestions:
OPTION 2: If you would like Pre-printed Paper Invitations just stop by the front desk and those are included free with your party package. Available for pick-up during normal business hours.
Complete Your Liability Waiver(s)
Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that each child must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
- If a waiver has been completed previously within 1 year of the visit it does not need to be “refreshed” unless personal information has changed.

It’s always best to give us a heads up as soon as you know you want Food & Beverage selections for your event. Connect with us for the best party, ever!

Allows you the flexibility to provide your own food and refreshments at no extra cost and a package discount. For those looking for a truly stress-free experience, we also offer convenient pizza or waffle add-on that can be added to your booking.

This will be your opportunity to add on extra children, select the kind of pizza and/or waffles included with your party package, add more food for parents or additional guests if you would like to provide that!
Early Arrival (Parent’s of the Guest of Honor)
The Guest of Honor family should arrive between 30 minutes prior to the event start time. The address is 80 Nardozzi Pl New Rochelle, NY 10805.
This will allow you to check-in. When you arrive at Cloudbound, you will bypass the Check-In desk and get to go directly to the private party room to meet your CloudHost who will go over your party details and help set up the room decorations.
Guests Arrivals
Guests will also bypass the lobby and check-in inside the private party room, receive CloudSocks™ (if needed), receive wristbands indicating they are with your event, and can place shoes and socks in the loading zone. If they need a waiver completed here is the link: Waiver
Everyone can mingle in the private room while they wait for the play time to start and all the guests to arrive. Reminder, play time could be limited if guests arrive late.
Time to Play!
When it’s time to play, your CloudHost will review safety reminders before releasing party Guests to the playspace.
He/She will check-in with you periodically, and will let you know next steps before separating from the group to set-up the party room.
Party Room Time!
Parties will have 2 Hours of access to your Private Room during your playtime.
When the first hour of playtime is over, your CloudHost will announce on the overhead speaker system for your party guests to return the private room. Once gathered it is time to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza and/or waffles, drinks and cake!

Weekday (Mon-Fri) events are self-service, so you do not need to make any food or beverage selections. As a private event you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages for your guests.

FAQs
Who should I include as a Birthday child?
Any child ages 0-6yrs who wants to enter the playspace. If someone wants to only observe the fun or only join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid child.
When do we get access to the private party room?
Each Birthday Package is a 2-Hour experience:
Private Room access = 120 min (during playtime)
- 2-Hour active playtime – all the kids, adults, and guests can enjoy all the park playspace areas. During the 120 minutes, all presents, gifts, and food/beverages will be placed in your designated room. Your guests will be playing and will have access to the private party room during the full 120-minute event. At the 60-minute mark all kids, parents, and guests will be invited over speakers into the private party room for food, beverages, cake, etc.
If the children, parents, and guests finish in the private room before the 2nd hour is complete and their wristbands are still active they can return to the playspace area for active playtime. All wristbands for Birthday Packages include 120-minutes of active wristband time.
Can I add children after I book the party?
Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add children.

Is the birthday child counted as one of the included children in my package?
Yes, the birthday child will be one of the 10 children in your base head count
How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Cloudbound?
Ages 0-6yrs for the birthday child and invited children of the birthday celebration. Siblings age 7-8yrs are permitted to assist the younger child in the playspace. Siblings age 9+ may observe only.
What does the CloudHost do?
A lot! They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.
Is every guest, even parents, required to fill out a waiver?
All guests (including observers) need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here: Waiver
Are the guests allowed into the playspace again after we finish our time in the party room?
Your party is over after your 120-min room time. Guests can purchase additional play time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.
An extra 30 minutes of playtime will be an additional cost. Additional playtime would be added to the back end of your party. Party room time would still be reserved for the same time-slot and the additional time would be added after.
Is there a birthday party discount for CloudPass™ Members?
Yes! Each level of CloudPass™ Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you cancel within the 7 day window, your deposit will then become non-refundable.
When do I pay the full balance of my party?
The final balance will be collected the day of your event at the conclusion of your room time.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
If you have an event booked in a private room (i.e. Birthday Party Package) our park does allow outside food or drinks in our facility as long as it is not food or drink that we make in our kitchen (i.e., Pizza/Waffles). All food & drink on the Cloudbound™ Café menu must be purchased through our Café with no exceptions. If it is not on our menu you are welcome to bring any food or drinks with no outside food fee.
- If your outside food requires additional cleanup there may be a outside food fee of $35.
- Pizza, Waffles and and Beverages for all the kids in your party room are included in all party levels.
Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 3 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks.
Are supplies for the party room included?
We will provide supplies needed for a party besides the celebration item (cake, ice cream, ice cream cake, etc). Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knives, lighters.
Can I order extra Pizza or Waffles once I arrive?
Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 3 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks.
Due to kitchen volume and we cannot guarantee additional pizzas or food once you arrive, but we will do our best. As soon as you decide to add additional Pizza or Waffles let your CloudHost know immediately.
How do I get invitations?
You can come by our park any time we are open to pick up hard copy invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (see link above).
Do the party rooms have stroller/wheelchair access?
Yes, we have a dedicated space for both strollers and wheelchairs.
Are CloudSocks™ included in the price of the party package?
Yes, CloudSocks™ are the required grip socks for all children and are included for each child with the price of your party package.
Will we be able to open presents in the party room?
Our priority is making sure the pizza/waffles, beverages, and desserts (as applicable) is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority that is perfectly ok. During the hour in the party room there is also a “gift list” sheet to write down each gift and who it came from.
I have Guests of varying size/age. Will they all play together?
For the safety of all children, age/size separation will be strictly enforced. Only children ages 0-6yrs are permitted in the playspace.
Is it customary to leave a tip for the CloudHost who takes care of us?
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated as the party CloudHost staff does strive to exceed expectations.
Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls we require that you use the pre-installed hooks already in the room (no tape or tacks allowed).
We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
Do you offer Gluten Free pizza?
Yes. When submitting or calling in your food order please specify how many Gluten Free pizzas should be included in your order. All Gluten Free pizzas require advanced notice so please notify us here:
