Why should I sign up for a CloudPass™ Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Cloudbound™ whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
Can I use a 3rd party app or website to cancel my CloudBound Membership?
Third-party websites are not authorized to cancel CloudPass™ Memberships. To cancel, log in to your account via our Member Portal.

What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
Your CloudPass™ Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Each level of membership has varying days of included playtime. Standard CloudPass™ membership include Monday – Friday admission at no additional cost. The Plus and Premium level memberships include additionally Saturday and Sunday at no additional cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a heads up of at least 3 business days and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.
How do I cancel my Membership?
All cancellations must be submitted through the Member Portal
Is my Membership valid at all CloudBound locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
How can I pay for my monthly Membership?
You can pay with a major credit card. Gift Cards are not accepted as payment for Memberships.
