• Promo code must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after purchase.
• Limited to one (1) promo code redemption per Guest.
• Offer applies only to CloudPass Plus memberships.

Offer may not be combined with any other offers, deals, discounts, promotions, coupons, membership offers, or special pricing.

To redeem this Offer, the Guest must enroll in a CloudPass Plus Membership online using the promo code FALLPASS and agree to the applicable CloudPass Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase; Offer cannot be redeemed in-person at the Location. In completing the membership enrollment process, the Guest will be required to acknowledge that the CloudPass Plus membership will automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless and until it is cancelled.

The promotional rate applies only to monthly membership fees. Any applicable activation fee, enrollment fee, taxes, merchandise purchases, grip sock purchases, or other charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser and are not discounted.

Offer may not be applied retroactively to existing memberships or previously-paid monthly membership fees. Existing memberships are not eligible for this Offer.

Eligible Guests will receive a promotional CloudPass Plus membership fee of $99 per month (a $50 discount from the standard monthly fee of $149). The promotional monthly membership fee applies only while the qualifying CloudPass Plus membership remains active and in good standing. If the membership is canceled, terminated, suspended, or otherwise lapses for any reason, the promotional fee will be permanently forfeited and any future enrollment will be subject to the Location’s then-current membership offerings, pricing, and terms and conditions. The promotional rate does not limit Cloudbound’s right to modify membership pricing in accordance with the applicable CloudPass Terms and Conditions.

Offer and these Terms and Conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including with respect to availability and eligibility requirements; provided that any such modification or discontinuation will not affect memberships already in effect at the promotional monthly fee prior to the effective date of such change.

Offer is not transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash or credit. Taxes may apply. All sales are final.

All guests visiting the Location must have valid waivers on file in order to access Cloudbound® facilities.

Restrictions may apply at each Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.

Guests may be asked to leave the Location’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.
