Moments Classes

Little classes, big memories

45-minute classes designed for parents & littles to play, learn, and grow together in small-group, private event rooms. Each session is carefully curated by child development researchers and grounded in peer-reviewed science*. Every class features one of three themes.

With a maximum of 15 children per class, parent(s), guardian(s) or caretaker(s) are always part of the adventure — these are not drop-off classes. A Cloudbound Moment class transforms ordinary playtime into intentionally designed, premium experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and connection, all in a quiet, distraction-free setting that parents, guardians and caretakers love.

When and where does the first Cloudbound™ park officially open?

The very first location is scheduled to open January 17, 2026 at the New Rochelle, NY site (80 Nardozzi Pl, New Rochelle, NY 10801). Doors open at 8:00 a.m. sharp — the clouds are waiting!

What ages are Cloudbound parks for?

Cloudbound parks are built from the ground up for ages 0–6 (and their grown-ups!). There are tummy-time zones for newborns, sensory areas for crawlers, and sky-high castles for confident 5- and 6-year-olds.

Siblings: Siblings age 7-8yrs are welcome with a younger child to assist as long as they do not disrupt the playspace experience. Siblings age 9+ may observe only.

Is it really a children’s museum AND a playground?

Yes — imagine the hands-on exhibits of a world-class children’s museum married to the boundless energy of a soft-play playground. No “Do Not Touch” signs here. Every single thing is meant to be climbed, spun, stacked, and interacted with.

What are the hours?

Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week with typical opening times of 8 am daily. Weekends (including Fridays) are generally open for longer hours.

Are Cloudbound branded grip socks required to play?

Yes, CloudSocks™ are sold with grip on the bottom. They are required while playing at Cloudbound parks and you can bring them back on your next visit to reuse as long as they are in good condition. Only CloudSocks are able to be worn while playing at a Cloudbound park.

Who must sign a waiver?

All Guests must sign a waiver online or upon entry to the parks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

How much does it cost?

There are 3 ways to enjoy Cloudbound parks:

First Time Visitor Pass – for those brand new to the park
Drop-In Pass – for those who are not members but still want to enjoy playtime
CloudPass Membership – 3 levels of membership for those who enjoy the freedom & perks of a community and frequent visits.

Do I need to stay with my child?

100% yes, parents and/or guardians are required to supervise all children under their care at times in Cloudbound parks — and you’ll want to! Cloudbound parks are a shared playspace. Parents can relax in cozy seating pods, recharge in the café, or jump in and play alongside their kids. It’s a third space for families, not a drop-off.

Are the parks clean and safe?

Obsessively. Cleaning every hour, UV-light sanitization overnight, soft surfaces designed for zero splinters, and every team member is CPR-certified. There are even quiet “cool-down rooms” for overstimulated little ones.

What if my child has sensory needs or different abilities?

Every zone is inclusive. There are wheelchair-accessible pathways to the cloud castle, sensory-friendly lights & music that is calming. All are welcome, always. Inclusive and designed to accommodate all children.

Can I host a birthday party there?

Absolutely — and they’re legendary. Private cloud rooms, dedicated party hosts, zero cleanup for you. Bookings open 30 days prior to park openings so stay tuned.

What food/drinks do you have?

The Cloud Café serves premium coffee & hot tea and healthy foods such as protein bistro boxes, yogurt parfaits, and fruit dippers. No outside food except baby bottles/formula is allowed.

When are you coming to MY city?
